Anna Nicole Smith, the former model and reality star, was found dead in a Florida hotel room on February 8, 2007. She was 39 years old.
Smith was found unconscious in her room at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, by her personal nurse. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of Smith's death is still under investigation, but foul play is not suspected.
Smith was born Vickie Lynn Marshall in Houston, Texas, on November 28, 1967. She began her modeling career in the early 1990s, and she quickly became one of the most famous models in the world. She appeared on the cover of Playboy magazine in 1993, and she was named Playmate of the Year in 1995.
